We arrived late in the night and once arrived we found out our room was upgraded with no extra charge…that was so very nice. Staff are friendly, helpful. There is a nice heated outdoor pool. Rooms were clean. Only thing is the AC is very loud but it wasn’t a issue for us, if I’m ever back in Kamloops I will be booking again

Would Stay Again: The comfort and service make this hotel a good choice for future visits. Details and Issues: I stayed in Room 116 at the Quality Inn for one night during a road trip. As expected with this brand, the hotel is older, and the rooms show some dated decor. However, this did not detract from the experience. The bed was notably firm and comfortable, and the pillows were soft yet supportive, making for a restful night. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, adding a warm touch to the stay. While the facilities may not be modern, the comfort level and excellent service exceeded expectations for a budget-friendly hotel. I would gladly return for another stay on future road trips.
We stayed at Quality Inn Kamloops for 4 nights with our two kids (10 years old and 20 months) and had a great experience. The location was convenient, the family suite with kitchen was very clean, and the staff were all very friendly. The outdoor pool was also very clean, and although it was outside, the water was always warm. Special thanks to Anurag at the front desk — always welcoming and smiling!
I experienced the best service I've ever had at any hotel across Canada. Thanks to the front desk clinic named Jay. He was fantastic. Extremely explanatory, incredibly polite and was very attentive to us and our needs. I am very happy to have this experience and I will definitely be back
This is your average quality inn with good rooms, quiet location, and even a pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast was something I particularly enjoyed because it had waffles and juice. The rooms are starting to show their age, but that doesn’t matter as they provide you with a fairly comfortable stay overall I think this inn well deserves its price and I may be back to stay if I am in Kamloops again on top of that, the location is very convenient as there are many restaurants in stores nearby that you can go and pick up some extra stuff if you forgot anything
Very good experience overall - we plan to stay at the Quality Inn for future trips to Kamloops. Check-in was quick and efficient, beds comfortable, and rooms well appointed. Breakfast was also most satisfactory. Special mention to Jay and his team, who located a ring that we'd lost at the hotel three weeks previous. They searched the room, found the ring, and promptly couriered it back to us. Thank you SO MUCH!
If you are driving through Kamloops. This is an ultimate 1 stop spot. During long weekends every place is full because of the sports tournaments. Any other night of the week tho, you will get in and they have a GREAT BREAKFAST included in the price. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Stayed here maybe 10-15 times now.
Second Stay at Quality Inn Kamloops. 3 reasons bring us back : 1. Staff : The most genuinely hospitable staff in this class of hotels. The front desk is exceptionally accommodating. 2. Pet Friendly : Not a lot of hotels allow pets and they make it super easy to travel with your furry friends. 3. Location : Centrally located, nearby shopping, university and restaurants. They are in dire need of renovation though. The rooms, while clean, are more than showing their age. Super old TV set, dark curtains, really old carpet and a small bathroom. Regardless, thank you for a good stay, Quality Inn Kamloops!
Clean rooms, good desk service. Breakfast is your typical terrible pre-made garbage. This community has lots of options so you'll be good.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was great and the experience was very pleasant. A special thanks to Rayan at the front desk — he was very smiley, kind, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. He also kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which we really appreciated. There was a small issue with the warm water in the washroom it was mostly coming cold, but overall everything else was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. ⭐
